Kale Chips

1 bunch Kale, 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar with sea salt on a cookie sheet.

Remove tough stems. Preheat oven to 375F.  Mix olive oil and vinegar and drizzle over kale.  Toss to coat and lay in a single layer on a cookie sheet.  Sprinkle on sea salt.  Do not crowd pan and roast 5-10 minutes until crispy. Remove when they start to brown.  Simple and tasty.  Thank you, Norma!
