The Sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbps butter
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 Tbps of fresh chili pepper
2 Tbps of a fresh herb (used chopped thyme)
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesean
4 cloves of fresh garlic (sliced)
Heat olive oil and butter. Add fresh parsley, chili peppers, thyme (fresh herb like oregano works too) and sliced garlic.
When parsley wilts and garlic browns, remove. Add sauce to cooked ravioli. Add cheese and fresh black pepper to taste. Toss & serve.
