Thank you so much for the fresh cauliflower, green beans and sage. It is especially tasty since you grew it in your garden.

We savor every bite.

Not only is the sunflower great to look at, it gracefully turns its head to follow the sun each day.

This tracking of the sun in young sunflower heads is called heliotropism but stops once they begin blooming.

By the time they are mature, sunflowers face east.

Growing sunflowers is easy and inspirational. Once you start growing them, it is easy to understand why they inspire everything from festivals to art.
